Just a little update on some goings on at lowbright headquarters. First of all, for those of you wondering what happened to the diary comics -- don't worry, I haven't abandoned it. I just had to put it aside for the time being while I scramble to finish my next issue of Lowbright for the upcoming summer convention season. I was hoping to get issue 2 done for Emerald City ComiCon coming up in a week and half, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen. And since The Eternal Smile doesn't go on sale for another month, I'll have nothing new for Emerald City. Arrghh... But I should have the new Lowbright ready for Stumptown, fingers crossed. Anyway, once I'm done putting that together, I'll be going back to doing some more diary comics for the blog here.Speaking of conventions, here's a quick run-down of all the appearances I'm slated to make this year so far:+Texas Library Association Conference: April 1st - 3rd +Emerald City Con: April 4th - 5th+Stumptown Comics Fest: April 18th - 19th+Reading at Powell's Books: April 27th 7:30pm+Erika Moen Show: May 5th+Toronto Comic Arts Festival: May 9th - 10th+Olympia Comics Festival: (sometime in June; exact date TBA)+Korean Heritage Camp: June 17th - 21st (I'll be there 19th - 21st)+San Diego Comic-Con: July 23-26 +Tigard Public Library: August 6th, 6-7 p.m.+Oregon Association of School Libraries Fall Conference: Oct 9 & 10Whew.
