The site of the below link which is talking about the law "security package deal law" now announces that "the news is not true" (§), practically they fell in an error and repeated a news just published in June. It was approved in the Senate but then it was eliminated (as I reported). The lawyer man Clotilde Giurleo did an error, but I will not do the error to cancel this post. I leave it practically untouched as if the Senate would have approved the law at the beginning of this month. They want to exterminate Freedom of Speech and if they have for the moment abandoned the project, they'll return on it, soon or later. It is evident the strategy of the psychological waterboarding used with this kind of announcements. I hope they read my words. A la guerre comme a la guerre!

Spread the most this news in order to try to awake the sleeping consciences of the Italians because where's no free information and civic right to criticize, the concept of democracy becomes a dialectical problem
The 7th January the Senate approved the so called "security package deal law" (D.d.L. 733) (*) with an amendment of senator Gianpiero D'Alia (UDC party), the amendment is identified by the article 50-bis: repression of activity of criminal sympathies or of instigation to commit crime realized with Internet
This week the text will approach the Chamber becoming so the article nr. 60. The senator Gianpiero D'Alia (UDC party) is not a member of the coalition at the government and this clearly explains about the common purpose to suppress the Freedom of Speech in Internet as the true secret intention of the Caste (the coalition at power and its parliamentary opposition both unified in a single class of corruption, moral opportunism and criminality protected by the status of "member of Parliament", are a class generally labeled "la Casta/the Caste" – note of avles).
Practically, this amendment will pursue every Italian citizen who should invite through a blog to disobey (or to criticize?) a law considered unrighteous, obliging the providers to stop the blog.
This measure can shut down a site wherever it could be located, also abroad; the Minister of the Interior, basing on communication of the judicial authority, can in fact issue a decree to interrupt the activity of the blogger, obliging the provider of Internet to utilize the tools of filtering necessary to realize the ministerial decree.
The activity of filtering imposed on the blogger should enter in action within 24 hours; the violation of this obligation implies for the providers a fine going from 50,000 to 250,000 Euro.
For the bloggers it is foreseen the jail from 1 to 5 years for criminal sympathies or instigation to commit crime, and a further penalty going from 6 months to 5 years jail for having instigated to disobey the laws of public order and for instigation of the hate among social classes.
Thanks to this law the search engines will be immediately cleaned from all the links which are disturbing the Caste! Practically the power is supplying itself of the weapon necessary to stop Facebook, Youtube and all the blogs which at the moment are representing in Italy the only information not conditioned and/or submitted to censorship.
I recall to you that our country is the only country in the world where a media company sued You Tube asking 500 millions for the damages. The name of this media company is, just a case, Mediaset (owned, just a case, by Silvio Berlusconi – note of avles)
So the government intervenes again in a matter which, just for a case, sees a company of the Prime Minister involved in a conflict of interests.
After the proposal of law "Cassinelli" and the institution of a commission against the digital and multi-medial piracy, a commission which should present to the Parliament a text of law on this question, the s.c. amendment "security package deal law" (D.d.L. 733) in fact expresses and makes explicit the project of the government to normalize with laws of repression the Internet and all the system of relations and information which is more and more widespread and that is not possible to dominate.
We should not be surprised to discover that soon the delation will be awarded with a coupon for a gratis shopping!
Meanwhile in the USA Obama won the elections thanks to Internet, in Italy the government get inspiration as regard the Freedom of Speech from China and from Birmania.
