Diegodiego Attended the Premiere of "VENDICATORE" A Sicilian Tragedy, which is a prequel to the Film, VENDICATORE, both written by Vinnie R. Mattei. The play is the story of Rafael’s journey told by Magdalena, who is on her death bed reminiscing of how she got to this point. 
Rafael is the oldest of three brothers who all witness their parents murdered on their property by the Black Hand of Sicily, DON CARMINE. Rafael’s father was a noble farmer who looked after the citizens of Sicily and was known for treating those with respect and consideration. After convincing his brothers to remain in Sicily, and continue his father’s tradition, despite pressure from the Black Hand to leave, Rafael was convinced to rely on the Church to bring peace.
