So at the day T + 5, today, many things occured. After that damnend P2 divertive terrorist Massacre of Viareggio (please, give me the proofs of the opposite - I ever close my door at the night, even if no robber till now entered in my home... give me a proof that robbers doesn't exist... or they are not interested to rape or kill me...), so from day "T", every sequent day was characterized by a well precise event. VATICAN LAW TO ASSASSINATE FREEDOM OF SPEECH IN THE(IR) APENNINE PENINSULA

ARTICLE N. 60 OF THE S.C. “SECURITY SET” OF THE PROPOSAL OF LAW N. 733 (not approved - for now, at least....)

1. Quando si procede per delitti di istigazione a delinquere o a disobbedire alle leggi, ovvero per delitti di apologia di reato, previsti dal codice penale o da altre disposizioni penali, e sussistono concreti elementi che consentano di ritenere che alcuno compia detta attività di apologia o di istigazione in via telematica sulla rete internet, il Ministro dell’interno, in seguito a comunicazione dell’autorità giudiziaria, può disporre con proprio decreto l’interruzione della attività indicata, ordinando ai fornitori di connettività alla rete internet di utilizzare gli appositi strumenti di filtraggio necessari a tal fine.

1 In case of crime of instigation to commit crimes or to disobey to the laws, or in case of crime of criminal sympathies, which are provided by the penal code or by other penal laws, and do exist good concrete elements which allows to consider the possibility that someone could perform such above mentioned activity aimed to carry sympathies for crimes or instigation to commit crimes through data transmission means in internet, the interior Minister, following the communication of the judicial authority, can order with proper decree the interruption of the mentioned activity, ordering to the internet providers to utilize the appropriate instruments to filter the data for this purpose

2. Il Ministro dell’interno si avvale, per gli accertamenti finalizzati all’adozione del decreto di cui al comma 1, della polizia postale e delle comunicazioni. Avverso il provvedimento di interruzione è ammesso ricorso all’autorità giudiziaria. Il provvedimento di cui al comma 1 è revocato in ogni momento quando vengano meno i presupposti indicati nel medesimo comma.

Entro 60 giorni dalla pubblicazione della presente legge il Ministro dell’interno, con proprio decreto, di concerto con il Ministro dello sviluppo economico e con quello della pubblica amministrazione e innovazione, individua e definisce i requisiti tecnici degli strumenti di filtraggio di cui al comma 1, con le relative soluzioni tecnologiche.

4 Within 60 days from the issue of the present law the interior Minister, with proper decree, together with the economic development Minister and together with the public administration and innovation Minister, establishes and determines the technical requirements of the filtering tools of the comma 1, with the related technical solutions.
